Jiaogulan
Jiaogulan (Gynostemma pentaphyllum), is a plant that grows wild in China. In the late 1970s, Japanese scientists began discovering Jiaogulan's illness-prevention and therapeutic qualities. They found Jiaogulan to function as both an adaptogenic herb and as an antioxidant herb, containing many health-giving saponins (chemical compounds having a soapy characteristic), as well as trace minerals, amino acids, proteins, and vitamins. It is also praised as Xiancao, "Immortality" Herb, because it grows wild and has many health-giving qualities and anti-aging effects.
Nettle
Stinging Nettle has been used for hundreds of years to treat rheumatism (disorders of the muscles and joints), eczema, arthritis, gout, and anemia. Today, many people use it to treat urinary problems during the early stages of an enlarged prostate (called benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH), for urinary tract infections, for kidney stones, for hay fever (allergic rhinitis), or in compresses or creams for treating joint pain, sprains and strains, tendonitis, and insect bites.
Suma
Suma is a adaptogenic used among endurance athletes to improve physical performance. Research shows it improves energy, strength, endurance and stamina. It improves cardiorespiratory fitness and fat metabolism. It helps prevent stress, fatigue, and asthenia (fatigue from illness). These botanicals support the adrenal glands, have a naturally stimulating effect and help speed recovery without any side effects. It's also anti-depressant and has antioxidant properties that prevent aging and increase mental performance.
Pau d'arco
Pau d'arco, or the inner bark of the Tabebuia avellanedaetree, is native to Brazil, where it is used traditionally to treat a wide range of conditions including pain, arthritis, inflammation of the prostate gland (prostatitis), fever, dysentery, boils and ulcers, and various cancers. Studies have shown that the actives (napthoquinones such as lapachol) in pau d'arco exert strong bactericidal and fungicidal activity. These compounds are particularly active against pathogens such as candida albicans and trichophyton mentagrophtes. Not surprisingly, pau 'darco is one of the most popular treatments for candidiasis infections in natural medicine.

Reishi
Tea made from Reishi mushrooms is the premiere tonic herb in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It has the rare and valuable properties of an adaptogen, which means that it is non-toxic, non-specific, and has a normalizing effect on the body. It is classified as Top of the Superior Quality of all herbs by the pharmacopoeia used by Chinese doctors for thousands of years. Emperors have considered Reishi an herb for the immortals. Its stature is higher than Ginseng. It has a long history of safe use (5,000 years). It is effective even for "terminal" illnesses such as cancer, AIDS, and coronary heart disease.
Shiitake
The Shiitake is the most popular edible mushroom in Japan. The Asians have used it for thousands of years as a tonic and stimulant to increase vitality, prevent cerebral hemorrhage strokes, as well as improve circulation. Currently, scientists in the west are studying the shiitake mushroom by extracting lentinan, a substance found in this type of mushroom. Research by the scientific community is curious about the anti-tumor, Cholesterol, and blood pressure lowering properties. In Japan, a highly purified form of this substance has been approved and is being used to fight cancer and help with chemotherapy. Partly because evidence has shown lentinan as helpful in reducing chromosomal damage that is caused by pharmaceutical anti-cancer drugs. Eritadenine is also found in the shiitake mushroom. This compound is believed to be responsible for reducing blood levels of cholesterol and fats by promoting their excretion. Another healthy compound in the shiitake mushroom is lentinula edodes mycelium (LEM). LEM is thought to be helpful in not only treating and preventing cancer, but also Heart Disease, Hypertension, infectious diseases and also Hepatitis.
Coriolus Versicolor
The Coriolus Versicolor's main effects are to strengthen the immune system, particularly by enhancing the workings of one of the most critical cells, known as T helper cells. T helper cells tell all the other cells in the immune system what to do and to what degree, and when to stop. In cancer, the runaway cells often secrete compounds known as cytokines that give false signals to immune cells to stop working. This further enhances the ability of the cancer to survive. An unfortunate side effect of chemotherapy and radiation therapy is that they further damage the immune system, in part by inadvertently killing T helper cells. Turkey tail mushroom has been the subject of a large number of controlled clinical trials in Asia showing that it can help rebuild the immune system in people with a wide range of cancers. The benefit is quite powerful, for it has been demonstrated again and again that turkey tail, taken together with mainstream cancer therapies, significantly lengthens lifespan by as much as double. Turkey tail may also improve quality of life by reducing susceptibility to infections and other negative effects of having a suppressed immune system. More research is needed to quantify these effects, but they should not be overlooked, as living well is just as important as living. Because of its positive effects on the immune system, it's possible that turkey tail mushroom could prevent cancer or help other conditions in which immune suppression is a major problem, such as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. Turkey Tail contains several polysaccharides demonstrated to be antibacterial, antiviral, antioxidant, inhibit Candida, bolster immunity, protect the liver and kidneys.
Agaricus Blazei Murrill
Agaricus Blazei Murrill ("Kawariharatake" in Japan, "Cogumelo de Deus" in Brazil). Its main natural habitat is the mountainous district of Piedade in Sao Paulo, Brazil. It was found that the rate of occurrence of adult diseases in the Piedade region is extremely low since people took A. blazeias a part of their regular diet. It specifically assists in the production of interferon and interleukin, which are potent in fighting off cancer cell metastasis, especially cancer of the uterus. It also reduces blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol-arteriosclerosis. The mushroom shows antitumor activity, immunological enhancement, and also the fungus is effective for treatment of AIDS, diabetes, hypotension, and hepatitis.
Olive Leaf
Olive Leaf is commonly used to fight colds and flu, yeast infections, and viral infections such as the hard-to-treat Epstein-Barr disease, shingles and herpes. Olive leaf is also good for the heart. Olive leaf has shown to reduce low-density lipoproteins (LDL), or bad cholesterol. Researchers have found that olive leaf lowers blood pressure and increase blood flow by relaxing the arteries. Olive leaf harbors antioxidant properties that help protect the body from the continuous onslaught of free radicals.

In the Ayurvedic medicine, turmeric is thought to have many medicinal properties and many in India use it as a readily available antiseptic for cuts and burns. It is taken in some Asian countries as a dietary supplement, which allegedly helps with stomach problems and other ailments. It is popular as a tea in Okinawa, Japan. It is currently being investigated for possible benefits in Alzheimer's disease, cancer and liver disorders.
Licorice
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) is a flavorful herb that has been used in food and medicinal remedies for thousands of years. Also known as "sweet root," licorice root contains a compound that is roughly 50 times sweeter than sugar. Licorice root has been used in both Eastern and Western medicine to treat a variety of illnesses ranging from the common cold to liver disease. This herb has long been valued as a demulcent (soothing, coating agent) and expectorant (rids phlegm and mucous from the respiratory tract) and continues to be used by health care professionals today to relieve respiratory ailments (such as allergies, bronchitis, colds, sore throats, and tuberculosis), stomach problems (including heartburn from reflux), inflammatory disorders, skin diseases, stress relief, and liver problems.
Chaga
Since the 16th century, there are records of Chaga mushroom being used in folk medicine and the botanical medicine of the Eastern European countries as a remedy for cancer, gastritis, ulcers, and tuberculosis of the bones. In 1958, scientific studies in Finland and Russia found Chaga provided an epochal effect in breast cancer, liver cancer, uterine cancer, and gastric cancer, as well as in hypertension and diabetes. Herbalist David Winston maintains that it is the strongest anti-cancer medicinal mushroom. The antimutagenic action of the molecules found in the white part of birch bark where chaga feeds inhibits free-radical oxidation and also induces the production of interferons, which helps induce DNA repair. The substances, contained in white part of birch bark contribute to the decrease of hypoxia and to increase of the stability of organism to the oxygen deficiency, being antihypoxant correcting the metabolism of cells. The anti-cancer properties of betulin or betulinic acid, a chemical isolated from birch trees, is now being studied for use as a chemotherapeutic agent. Chaga contains large amounts of betulinic acid in a form that can be ingested orally, and it also contains the full spectrum of immune-stimulating phytochemicals found in other medicinal mushrooms such as maitake mushroom and shitake mushroom.
Muscadine
Muscadine grape seeds contain up to 10 times the antioxidant value of other high-antioxidant foods such as blueberries and cranberries. Compared to other grape seeds, Muscadine grape seeds have 40 times the antioxidants and more Resveratrol - the polyphenol found in red wine and proven to benefit cardiovascular health, blood sugar levels and the aging process, among other health issues. In addition, Muscadine grapes offer a unique combination of phytochemicals and phenolic compounds not found in other grapes, fruits or vegetables, such as Resveratrol, Ellagic Acid, OPCs, and Quercetin.
Tulsi (Holy Basil)
The name "Tulsi" (also known as Holy Basil) in Sanskrit means "the incomparable one". Tulsi’s extracts are used in ayurvedic remedies for common colds, headaches, stomach disorders, inflammation, heart disease, various forms of poisoning, and malaria. Recent studies suggest that Tulsi may be a COX-2 inhibitor, like many modern painkillers, due to its significant amount of eugenol. Studies have also shown Tulsi to be effective for diabetes, by reducing blood glucose levels. The same study showed significant reduction in total cholesterol levels with Tulsi. Another study showed that Tulsi's beneficial effect on blood glucose levels is due to its antioxidant properties. Tulsi also shows some promise for protection from radiation poisoning and cataracts. Tulsi has antioxidant properties, and helps boost the body's ability to fight off damaging free radicals, which have been linked to disease and aging. It is an adaptogen that helps the body fight the effects of ongoing stress and also balances the mind, nerves and emotions. It is known to maintain the health of the throat chest and lungs. In fact, it helps protect the entire respiratory tract. It raises the human body immunity by increasing the antibody production.
Cinnamon
Cinnamon is one of the oldest herbal medicines known, having been mentioned in Chinese texts as long as 4,000 years ago. The first medicinal use of cinnamon was in Egypt and parts of Europe as far back as 500 BC. Cinnamon is often used for medicinal purposes due to its unique properties. These main properties of cinnamon are astringent, warming stimulant, carminative, antiseptic, antifungal, anti-viral, blood purifier, and digestive aid. All of these properties of cinnamon make it a good medicinal plant. Cinnamon has many historical medicinal uses in different cultures. Some of these uses include treatment of diarrhoea, arthritis, menstrual cramps, heavy menstruation, and yeast infections. Traditionally in many cultures cinnamon was taken as medicine for colds, flu, and digestive problems. Today cinnamon is used for many of these same traditional reasons. Often cinnamon is used as a nonessential addition to other remedies, than as a remedy by itself. Often this is because cinnamon is a stimulant to other herbs and the body, enabling herbal remedies to work faster.
Bamboo Leaf
Bamboo leaf has a long history of food and medical application in China and has recently been listed by Ministry of Health of the PRC into the list of natural plants with dual-purposes as food and drug. In traditional Chinese medicine, bamboo leaves are believed to be beneficial for the mind, as it produces a positive effect on the heart. They are used to heal and treat fever, fidgeting, urinary retention with blood in the urine and lung inflammation. Bamboo leaf and bamboo shavings are both commonly used in cases of stomach heat, providing a cooling effect and helping counter the perverse flow of “qi” (upward flow instead of the normal downward flow). Effective ingredients of bamboo leaf extract include flavone, phenolic acid, lactone, polyose, amino acids active peptide, manganese, zinc, and selenium with enhanced effects against anti-free radical and blood vessel disease. It is also effective in liver protection, expansion of blood capillaries, smoothing microcirculation, improving retentive faculty and improving sleep quality. The bamboo leaf flavones are a key ingredient within the function of blood-lipid regulation. Clinical experiments show that it is a safe and effective health food that applies to different kinds of blood-lipid abnormalities. It is also effective in anti-oxidation, anti-fatigue, immunity-enhancement, anti-inflammation, sleep improvement, and beautification.
Rhododendron Caucasicum
Rhododendron Causasicum (also known as "snow rose") is grown at 10,000 to 30,000 foot elevations in the Caucasian Mountains and contains polyphenolics, including flavonoids and proanthocyanidins. A Russian scientific research project dedicated to understanding the longevity of Georgian people discovered that they traditionally brewed the roots of their Snow Rose into what they called Alpine Tea and added it to their widely used Kefir culture, which proved to be the key to their longevity. They learned over a long period of time that this tea gave them strength and energy. They also discovered that it protected them from what today we call "free radicals, pathogens, and viruses", but to them it just seemed to ward off many diseases from which their neighbours in surrounding countries were always dying of. It improves physical abilities, increases activity of the cardiovascular system, and increases blood supply to muscles and especially to the brain. It also shows tremendous anti-bacterial activity against the harmful bacteria, but allows "friendly" or probiotics to thrive. Rhododendron caucasicum is a unique plant among all other species of Rhododendron and is considered safe for human consumption.
Grape Seed Extract
Human case reports and results from laboratory show that Grape Seed Extract may be useful to treat heart diseases such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol. By limiting lipid oxidation, phenolics in grape seeds may reduce risk of heart disease, such as by inhibiting platelet aggregation and reducing inflammation. A polyphenol contained in grape seeds is resveratrol which may interfere with cancer cell growth and proliferation, as well as induce apoptosis, among a variety of potential chemopreventive effects. Grape seed components may also be active against HIV by inhibiting virus expression and replication. Preliminary research shows that grape seed extract may have other possible anti-disease properties, such as in laboratory models of: ● Wound Healing - grape seed proanthocyanidins induced vascular endothelial growth factor and accelerated healing of injured skin; ● Tooth Decay - seed phenolics may inhibit oral sugar metabolism and retard growth of certain bacteria causing dental caries; ● Osteoporosis - grape seed extracts enhanced bone density and strength. ● Skin Cancer - grape seed proanthocyanidins decreased tumor numbers and reduced the malignancy of papillomas. ● Ultraviolet Damage to Skin - dietary proanthocyanidins may protect against carcinogenesis and provide supplementation for sunscreen protection. Currently, there are four clinical trials underway to assess the effect of grape seed extracts on human breast cancer, blood estrogen levels in postmenopausal women, and coronary artery disease.

Monoatomic Rhodium
Monoatomic Rhodium has been used for ages on this planet to greatly accelerate the ascension process. Lemuria, Egypt, and other sacred civilizations and spiritual schools have utilized this little-known spiritual biochemistry. It is unique in form and function and it has been theorized that the elongated nuclei of monoatomic elements allow for a high spin state, along with "paired" electrons, making them biosuperconductors. Monoatomic rhodium facilitates a flow of energy through the body with little or no resistance: and that light continues to flow, even without additional external effort. Monoatomic rhodium can transform blockages caused by the old programmes that surface during inner growth by allowing a continual flow of light that ultimately washes away and heals, all the way down to the sub-atomic level. Monoatomic Rhodium allows for the path of growth through struggle to fall away, opening you to a more joyous process.
